Using your current food intake, goals and health history I will work to create personalized macro nutrient plan to guide you to success. We will communicate through weekly check-ins that allow you to reflect on progress and make adjustments to achieve your goals.
The greatest tool you will acquire is food awareness and mindful eating practices to teach you how to fuel your body for life and find balance in your day-to-day approach to food.
In addition, you’ll be supported by a group of like-minded individuals who will be alongside you in your journey to share the same struggles and offer support in my private coaching group.
